Returns Policy

If the beans do not reach you in perfect condition please let us know as soon

as possible and before 31days. 

Remember to store the beans in the manner recommended on our website and labels, as otherwise the beans my become dry too quickly or become too moist which can lead to mould problems as with other food stuffs.

In the event of a problem at the time of delivery of the beans we ask you to return the beans and if the problem is confirmed we will refund you you purchase price and shipping fees (delivery and return post fees).
